Link Tracking Changes
Based on feedback from clients on link tracking, we’ve made a change to how it works in emails. Now, rather than including the full URL string in the email (which could contain fragments, non-standard characters, query string parameters, variables, etc. within the URL), we’ve replaced it with a coded value. This is a common practice in bulk sending and you should see more consistent results in link tracking as well as fewer opportunities for these to break the URL when redirected.
User Creation for Email Notifications
DC Asks: Can you make it possible to create users when adding them to a page, survey or report for email notifications?
We’ve now added a “Create New User” button on landing page response pages, survey response options, and on the client reporting page. You can quickly create a user and add them to the notification email list without having to leave the page, survey, or report you are working on.
Increased Size of Test Groups
SF Asks: Can you increase the size of test groups?
Test groups are a great way to send proofs to multiple contacts at once without having to choose their emails one by one. We’ve now increased the size of test groups to send proof emails to from a maximum of 20 contacts to a maximum of 50 contacts.
SMS Delivery Status
KS Asks: Can you add delivery status on each sent message on the SMS tab of the contact detail page?
We have added a status tag at the bottom of all SMS messages which will allow you to see whether the message is in progress, was delivered, or failed.
