Chain Workflow Decisions

AB Asks: Can you allow decisions to be connected to other decisions?

We have updated decisions in workflows to allow you to chain together custom decisions. A custom decision can also follow an open or click decision (both of those decisions, since they are based on email activity, still need to follow an email).

Complained and Suppressed Information in Contact Detail Records

AT Asks: Can you add Complained and Suppressed information to the Emails tab on a contact record?

We’ve added columns for complained and suppresssed on the Emails tab of a contact record making it easier for you to recognize on which sent email a contact may have complained or unsubscribed.

Contact Counts Tied to an Email’s Owner

RD Asks: Can you tie contact counts to an email’s owner?

We have updated email recipients to be based off the owner of the email rather than the user creating the email to better mirror what the actual recipient list will look like. If the owner does not have access to the group the user (who may have access to all groups) is trying to attach to the email, they will not be able to save the group as part of their recipients.

Bug Fixes, Enhancements, and Security Updates

Over the last month, we’ve rolled out some bug fixes and behind-the-scenes enhancements to the platform on surveys and workflows. emfluence also continues to roll out more security updates as we work to revamp both client users and reseller users.
