As a small step 1 toward lead scoring and contact prioritization, we’ve added an Engagement Score to your contact records. When you dive into a contact detail page, near the date added (at the top), you’ll see that contact’s engagement score.
Right now, the score is the sum of positive engagement and negative engagement in the last 12 months. A view is 1 point, forward and shares are 2 points and clicks are worth 4 points. Bounces are worth -2, and unsubscribes or complaints are -8. In future versions, you’ll be able to set your own values to score engagement.
