Add Else Statements to Conditional Content
JB Asks: Can you add an Else statement to Conditional Content?
Conditional Content now includes an Else statement. This allows you to create an “If/Then” statement and add content to an email or landing page for certain contacts based on your logic and now provide alternate content for those who don’t match the query. This allows you to show some contacts different content on a single send without the need to assign content blocks. Learn more about Conditional Content in the emfluence Help section.
Date Sent Added to the Recipients Download Report
SL Asks: Can you add Date Sent to the Recipients Download Report?
Some requests turn out to be long development projects, others can be quite simple if we have the data and are already displaying it. The Date Sent column, which is available in the Recipients Report on the Summary Page of a sent email within the platform, is now included in the Download of that report along with the other metrics.

| You may have noticed new references on contacts to Mobile Number (which can now be uploaded via a contact import). emfluence has long used third-party providers for clients looking to leverage SMS as part of their marketing campaigns. Now we’re getting ready to add our own service inside the emfluence Marketing platform. SMS will be rolled out in stages with the first stage being manual one-time sends with additional features added on subsequent releases. |
