Archived Groups
KF Asks: We have many archived groups which makes bulk assigning group access difficult on new users. Can you provide a way to hide those groups?
In System Users, the Groups tab now includes an option to toggle archived groups on or off, allowing you to hide them from the list.
AI Insights on the Contact Record
emfluence is currently exploring additional AI functionality beyond what’s already available in the email composer. One feature in testing is an AI-generated contact summary, which will appear on a new tab within each contact record. This summary will highlight key activities and provide suggestions for next steps in engaging with that contact.
