This month’s emfluence Marketing Platform updates include webhook payload visibility for easier troubleshooting, a new indicator for queued contacts on workflow delay nodes, the addition of ‘Role’ to the Users List, and more. See what our community has asked for and what we built:

Webhooks

JB Asks: Can you make it easier to troubleshoot webhooks?

We’ve introduced Webhook Payloads so you can now review a log of outbound webhook requests—complete with their payloads and any available response details.

User Management

TS Asks: Can you add Role to the user list download?

The system users download report in the Options menu (available to client admins) now includes a Role column. We’ve also added Last Accessed—distinct from Last Login for reseller users who enter via the reseller portal—as a new column in the report.

CO Asks: As a client admin, I used to be able to reset the other users’ email addresses but can’t any longer. Is this something you could restore?

Client admins can once again reset other users’ email addresses within a client account. As we continue rolling out MFA, this also lets any client admin reset passwords for users who can’t receive their authorization codes.

Workflow Canvas

JB Asks: Can you allow me to see queued contacts in delays when my workflow is unpublished?

When you unpublish a workflow, contacts in any delay stages will now remain visible in the workflow view.

Groups

BM Asks: When searching all groups, can you make it easier to see archived groups in the search results?

When viewing groups with the “All” or “Archived” filters, archived groups will now display an Archived tag in the list view.

NOTE: By default, only Active groups are displayed. To see archived groups—and the Archived tag—you’ll need to use the “All” or “Archived” filter in the list view.
