This month’s emfluence Marketing Platform updates include group membership added as a condition for conditional preferences on unsubscribe pages, expanded Dataverse reports, and more. See what our community has asked for and what we built:
Sent Emails: Subject Line
CO Asks: Can you add subject line to the Sent email list?
When looking at sent emails in the list view, you will now see Subject Line in the displayed information.
Conditional Preferences: Group Membership
MD Asks: Can you add group membership as a condition for conditional preferences on the unsubscribe page?
Conditional Preferences now supports the use of “is a member of group” or “is not a member of group” as logic to determine whether a specific group is shown to a contact on the unsubscribe page.
Dataverse Integration: Reports
DC Asks: Can you make it easier to see when the Dynamics integration has been turned on or off?
The Audit Report under the Reports section of the Dataverse Integration has been expanded. In addition to logging sync activity, it now also records the dates and times when syncs are enabled or disabled.
Workflows: Activity Log
AS Asks: Can you add a log for workflows?
An Activity Log has been added to workflows to capture the user, date, and time each time updates are saved or published.
API: campaignID
NH Asks: Can you add campaignID to emails/search and emails/lookup endpoints on the emfluence API?
CampaignID is now included in results from the emails/search and emails/lookup endpoints on emfluence’s API.
Contact Record: Bulk Update
The Last Modified note on the user record now indicates if the contact was last updated as part of a bulk update.
