This month’s updates center on a refreshed UI and a few highly requested improvements. You’ll notice updated Email tabs, better visibility into where your images are used, and added support for surveys within file references. These changes are all about making the platform easier to navigate and giving you clearer insight into your assets.
Track Where Your Images Are Used
JS Asks: Can you make it easier to see which sent emails included an image?
We’ve expanded the References option on uploaded files so you can see exactly where they’re used. In the Email tab, you can now filter by draft, automated, or sent emails (default shows all).

BC Asks: Can you add Surveys to image references?
We’ve also added a Survey tab to the new Reference option allowing you to see if an image is used in any surveys.
Platform Refresh: Email Tabs
The Email section tabs have been updated as part of the platform refresh—making navigation cleaner and easier. More enhancements are on the way.
