This month’s release leans into the details that slow teams down and clears them out. From faster landing page performance and more flexible survey integrations to added context in proof emails and expanded AI capabilities, these updates are all about removing friction from everyday work. Many of these changes come directly from user requests, along with a few foundational updates that set the stage for what’s coming next.
Proof Email Notes
AJ Asks: Can you add a notes box to the top of proof emails?
Similar to approval emails, you can now add a message when sending a proof. That message appears at the top of the proof email, giving recipients helpful context before they review it.
Improved Landing Page Performance
SD Asks: My landing pages are slow when using the Add-to-Group option. Is there anything you can do to make them load faster?
We’ve improved the ‘Add-to-Group’ experience for accounts with a large number of active groups. If your account includes many unused groups, consider archiving or deleting them to further improve group search and loading performance.
AI Metadata
Found in the Options menu, under Account Settings, the new AI Metadata tab allows you to set baseline information that can help AI-assisted features better understand your goals and provide more relevant recommendations. Adding information is completely optional, and the information is only used within the platform.
Survey Headers (HTTP POST)
You can now include authorization headers when sending emfluence survey response data to an external URL via HTTP POST.
AI Insights
The AI-generated contact summary is now available to all accounts. Accessible from a new tab in each contact record, it highlights key activity and suggests next steps for engagement.
Upcoming UI Changes
Over the next few months, emfluence will roll out UI updates across the platform, including subtle color changes and a new mega menu to replace the current top navigation. You may also notice updated styling and icons, changes to the social posting page, and a new location for the user and logout icons.
