Do you ever want to target those who received an email but didn’t open or click? A few weeks ago, we rolled out a “Phase I” re-marketing tool that made it easy. You can search from the Results tab in your sent Message Summary which contacts did or didn’t open, click, bounce, etc.
Now you can create a new group or add these results to an existing group in a quick click! (No more downloading to import as a new group.) In the example above, you’ll see the results for anyone who viewed but did not click the email. Then to the right of your results, you can click the icons to either download or to save these results to a group.
