There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint to brighten up a Monday!

If you haven’t hopped on to the emfluence Marketing Platform yet today, we’ve got an exciting (and colorful) change to how email reports display. All of the important email information you need is still available in our reports, but now navigating through your sent email results is more intuitive.

Let’s take a look:

Sent Manual Emails
As you open a sent manual email, you’ll notice that the reporting structure is pretty different. The metrics that matter most—views and clicks—take center stage.

You can view uniques and totals together in a single bar, or you can hover over to break the two numbers onto their own bar, like so:

 

On the right side, you can drill into Bounces, Complaints, Suppressions, Web Views, Forwards, and Shares by clicking on the items you want to see.

 

Sent Automated Emails
Sent (active) automated email reports have a similar structure with a few extra items. You’ll find the attached Workflows, Scheduled Recipients, Sending Delays, Frequency Schedules and more up top, with the reporting metrics below:

Using the metrics over time view, you can also drill down into daily reports by hovering over points on the chart:
